Racing News - Dominic's BMW TT2016 Miracle Build

The very comical Dominic Herbertson in 2015 got a new BMW S1000rr for the 2016 season, unfortunately, his 3rd time out at Croft circuit in April saw him have an unfortunate off, which caused the new bike to go up in spectacular flames!

This resulted in the bike looking like this:

Dominic had his heart set on the TT2016 which was only 2 MONTHS AWAY!! So it was our job here at DYNOBIKE to set on with the rebuild with some help from the sponsorship page he set up which raised a good bit of money to help him get to the TT2016!

So in such a short space of time to find parts and strip the whole thing down and rebuild completely, within one week to go till the TT we managed to get the bike up and running and Dominic to be able to participate in his 3rd TT appearance.

• 28th - RST Superbike TT
• 18th - Monster Energy supersport race
• 32nd - Royal London 360 Quantum Superstock TT
• 27th - Monster Energy Supersport TT race 2
• An Impressive 18TH - Pokerstars Senior TT and a personal best 125.024mph lap!

Overall tenth in the TT privateers championship, this year’s TT Races, was an undoubted success for Dominic HerbertsonUlster GP

Dominic's next outing on the BMW was at the Ulster GP which saw him clinch a great podium 2nd place finish in the Plant Lubrication Dundrod 15 Challenge race.
